This is helpful especially when you’re constantly searching for something to buy and then you see personal recommendations based on your search.

But at times, cookies and cache can cause issues that can stop a few websites to open as it usually does. This may be because of formatting issues or problems with saving cookies for that particular website. In my case, it usually happens when I open Microsoft teams, it keeps on loading and it just doesn’t open at all.

This is where I decided to clear the cookies and cache of 1 website to make sure it works fine when I open it next time. But I did face some issues to do the same until I found a perfect way to do it. Usually, it’s easy to clear cookies and cache of your entire browser at once but it’s not the case when you want to implement the same for a single website.

Take note that this method works perfectly with Chrome and Brave browsers.

  • To start with, open a new tab in your Chrome or Brave browser, and type “chrome://settings/siteData” in it to open the “All cookies and site data” page.
  • Now, you will see the list of sites with stored cookies and cache data. Search for the website or domain name you want to delete the cache and cookies from the top-right corner box.
  • Once you find the data of the website, you can click on the Delete option. Moreover, if you click on the arrow, you will see the data that is stored and you can manually check it before deleting it if necessary.

In the 1st step, you can also navigate to the “All cookies and Site Data” page by clicking on three dots on the top-right corner of your browser and opening the Settings option from it. Then head over to Privacy and security > Site Settings > Cookies & Site Data > See all cookies and site data.

That’s just another way to find the option but in the end, you will be able to clear the cache and delete the cookies of a particular website within a fraction of seconds.

How to Clear Cache and Cookies of Single Domain on Android Smartphone

The procedure to clear the cache on an Android smartphone is pretty much similar to what you’ve done in the above procedure for PC.

  • Launch the Chrome or Brave browser and head over to Settings by clicking on the three vertical dots from the top-right corner (for Chrome) or bottom-right corner (for Brave)
  • Now, click on Settings > Storage > Select a website from the list and clear the data of the single domain that you want to.
